Last day in Beirut, Chady took me South of Lebanon.
To go Sidón on the way, we stopped to eat breakfast.
Looks like hamburger, But crazy sweet !!

How to make is put hot melting cheese into bread and pour siroop which is like coffee syrup too much. Ohhhh... this siroop was last and ultimate boss.. You should have done this kids science program in your childhood.
作り方は簡単。ハンバーガー用のバンズのようなものに熱々の伸びるチーズの塊をぶち込んでその上からドロッとガムシロップをぶっかけるという子どもが実験で作るおやつバーガー。

It seems to be Lebanese typical breakfast ... however I don’t know whether they always eat or not. I hope they sometimes eat lol
Sidón is small town. Also this place has It looks like media which is in Morocco.

This town has a lots such a cave street. As It seemed to explore, it was fun. Otherwise they protected us from rain haha.
Soap museum.
Soap museum... is it famous to make them in here?? Inside was just one floor and i know how to make it. So we didn’t enter here.
石鹸博物館は大人350円と絶妙な値段設定。が、しかしワンフロアだけだし作り方は知ってるしそこまで歴史がある訳でもなさそうだし入るのやめた。
While walking, many small shops gave us sampling food. These were so delicious 😋
It was like marron cake 🌰. You don’t need to bite but squash by tonge is enough.
Green one is pistàcchio. Not too sweet. Adultly taste.
Rich family house since 1700-
Old upper class house had a fountain in living room. Surely novels playing.
昔の金持ちの家は噴水がリビング、とゆーかドア開けてすぐの部屋にあったらしい。その噴水の音を楽しむのが貴族の嗜みなんだと。
因みにこの家はアラブ人がまず作ってフランス人が買い取った（←とあるが多分奪ったが正しいと思われる）。現在は買い取ったフランス人の家系の人が財団立ち上げて、この家を世界遺産じゃないけど重要文化財的なポジションに収めている。「伝統を大事にしましょう！」と偉そうに言う部外者、そして明らかにどこかからはお金も貰っていることも伺えるこのやり方がまさにフラン....支配者らしい。
そうそう、レバノンは1943年までフランスにがっつり植民地（支配）されてたからフランス語通じる国なのだ。ここにも登場おフランス🇫🇷
Before going airport, we ate Lebanese kebab. It is put Many vegetables and croquette that minced cooked meats in thick white sauce; breaded and deep-fried.
Delicious!!
Good food, good people, good nature. Everyone can enjoy Lebanon from poor traveler until kings. Thanks my friends!!!
