We went to small village. This village was older than Mashhad. So this mosque was built before Mashhad was made. It was made 1400years ago.

イランの小麦粉はベチャベチャでふっくら感があまりない。クリスピーなナンっぽいやつが主食なのでそれの小麦粉って考えたら納得するなぁ。あとオイルをバターにしたからかな？生地の時は日本のたこ焼きだったんたけど出来上がりはテリヤキバーガー。

ただこれはこれで美味いから良かったしたこ焼きソースが人気高めでママさんドバーーってぶっかけて食ってた。
