9:00amにSoryの家を出て次の目的地、ギニアビザウに向かう。ギニアビザウは元ポルトガルの植民地なのでポルトガル語が通じる。クリオルっていう第1言語があるけどポルトガル語とのミックスなのでほぼポルトガル語。ポルトガル語話せる人、ぜひ〜。
シンガショールからギニアビザウまでは道のり1本。しかも移動日前後は祝日だかストライキだかで公共機関が全部止まってるとのこと。だからギニビに行くバスや国境からのタクシーとか何も無いのだ。
だったらヒッチでしょ！！
あらかじめ目星をつけていたヒッチポイントへヒョコヒョコと移動。
バックをズン、と降ろしてさぁスタート！！

うん、止まらん。国境まで行くぜっていうタクシーは腐るほど声掛けてくるけどダメや。まだ帰り道があるここでやった方が絶対に良い。分かってたからダメージはないけど( ﾟ∀ﾟ )ﾊｧｰﾊｯﾊｯ!!
地図にはない沢山の村があるからな、幹線道路の向こう側には。だから地元の人がめっちゃ声かけてくれるから孤独感もないじぇ。
すると、中々に薄汚いおっちゃんが「何してんだ。どこ行くんだ。」とか細い声で尋ねてきた。
カクカクシカジカ、コレコレウマウマと伝えたらほぉほぉと頷き去って行った。
10分後、また戻ってきて150CFAをニュッと突き出し「これでバスに乗って国境まで行きな！さぁ！」とニッと笑った前歯のかけてるスマイルが眩しすぎた。
ありがとう！でも今日と明日はギニビの移動手段全部機能してないから国境まで行っても意味ないんだわ。だから大丈夫！
と爽やかに拒否して優雅に車を待ってると、今度は知り合いを沢山引き連れてやってきた。

その内の1人がガンビア出身で英語話せたから彼に事情を説明すると、彼の兄貴がバスドライバーだから明日ギニビまで連れて行ってくれることに。わぉ、ありがとう！
とゆーわけでこの日は彼の家にお泊り。
この家族、ヤシから作ったワイン🍷を作って売ってる。
客もみんな酔ってるのかひっきりなしに「アシタ、オマエトアイツ、イッショ、イク、ビザウ。」と教えてくれる、10分毎に。
いやー、それがちょっと、いやめちゃくそ鬱陶しいのだ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)💩
口を開けばアシタ、イッショ、ビザウ……おめーらロボットか。
ガンビアボーイ。
唯一酔って（飲んで）なかったガンビアボーイも太陽が沈んで来ると少しずつ酒を飲み始めて、めでたく酔っ払いの出来上がり。そこら辺の奴らと同じく、「心配するな、アシタ、イッショ、ビザウ…」と言い始めた。
アシタ、イッショ、ビザウはどうなることか…

Next destination is Guinea-Bissau 🇬🇼. From Zigunichor to there is just one road. And these days I tried to go there were national holidays. All transportation (taxi, bus, etc.) didn’t work so I tried to hitchhike as long time to no do👍
I was walking for hitchhike point I already found. On the way to there, I couldn’t see general car too much however many taxi or bike taxi was running. Then I noticed. The car which goes to Guinea-Bissau has RGB number plate. I was searching only a car with this plate 👀.
I arrived there and started, Thumbs up 👍!!

Yes... It was difficult.... no car which goes to Guinea-Bissau stopped. Although Several cars stopped, they were gonna until border.
Haha!! I knew. I didn’t get pity.
Then one old guy asked me “what are you doing??”
I explained what I was doing. I wasn’t sure he understood or not but he did nod and nod.
10min later he came back here and gave money!!!
“what!?”
“You can go border by this money!! Let’s go!!”
“Wow... thanks.. but today there is no transportation from border to Bissau. I’m searching a car which goes to Bissau directly. Merci....”
After that he took such a his friends. As One guy could speak English, I explained what Im doing and want to do”
One of them was driver who called Breaze and he usually drive between Zinguichor and Bissau. So he will take me Bissau tomorrow !!!

At the result , I stayed his home.
His family makes Senegal wine which is made from Palms.
Alcohol seems to be 15%... but smell is strong as rubber band..
A guy who can speak English was from Gambia. That’s why:)
They were very friendly and kind but little bit persistent lol

I know why they said it every 10min. Because they were drunk.

Zigunichor is not big town for me. But I think it is one of big town in Senegal.

Sory friends They were making kind of furniture. These are unbalanced what even I as amateur can understand lol. Why became unbalanced however they measure and do slowly !!
We came back home and lunch. First lunch is around 14:00pm, second one is around 16:00pm.

Next day he took me his high school. Especially they don’t have entrance gate so whoever want to go can enter.

This high school is for 3years. If student got good academic results, they can go University. I don’t know how many students can go university. Although I asked him, he didn’t know. Sory is University student so he was good boy when he was student in here (ﾟωﾟ)
After all even student can go university, getting job seems to be difficult. It’s big problem...
In Zinguichor when it was around 5pm, mostly street change football stadium. Everywhere and everyone play it. When They saw me , they said “Japanese!!!” Coz I walked here everyday haha. They got used to seeing me and I hope I could changed Asian image.

Finally It came last day in Gambia. I hope there is no problem MY VISA haha.
8:00am we left his home. He seemed to go school coz something happened. Thanks for hosting me!!
How to go Zinguichor which is my next destination is necessary to change bus in border. There is no direct bus.
At first I head to Brikama. It cost 20d. One woman talked me a lots haha.
And I went to bus terminal. There is a bus From Brikama to border. Cost is 50d and luggage fee. Assistant shouted “luggage is 30d!!!”
wtf!!?? It’s super expensive!! One information which I saw showed luggage is 10.
So we talked and talked. He became angry and angry lol
I went to kind of ticket place and asked one guy. He said “25d” even it’s expensive. Passengers seemed to pay 20 or 25. Perhaps even local people don’t know correct price???
I negotiated and paid 20d.
One guy is from Mauritania and he was very kind. When we arrived border, he helped. That’s why this border happened nothing!!!
Also it was no stress to take a taxi from border to Zigunichor. I paid 2500cfa and luggage fee 500cfa. Although A bus is 2000cfa, I didn’t know luggage fee. I think total 3000cfa is correct.

Arrived Zinguichor!! There is host in here. We met and went to his home.
Next day I went to embassy of Guinea-Bissau. I’m gonna get VISA!!
He is Sory.
To get Gunia-Bissau Visa is very very easy. I gave one passport copy and 20000cfa. 20min later they gave me it. Haha! So easy!!
After we went to such a tourism site.
There is hotel “Kadiandoumagne” which my host “Sory” worked by internship was not so expensive for foreigners.
If I comeback here, absolutely I will stay here!!

When I went to get WiFi, one insect bited me. Quite pain🙄

We went to celebration in his village. Actually I forgot what for haha.
At first his girlfriend already came Marre’s house. They were talking English and sometimes their language. I don’t have idea why they spoke by English but certainly first language is stolen step by step....
たまに手を繋いだり離したり…高校生カップルの如く歩く2人。
While we were walking, they made only their world💕💕💕 Unless I asked or cared something , we didn’t talk anything..
On the the way to go village, we went to his friend house and took big speaker 🔊. Also his friend seemed to come together.
His village is opposite river side. So we had to take a ship. As ship doesn’t seemed to have timetable, we were waiting.
There were many people in waiting room. Salers were walking narrow passage with items on their head. Then Marre,girlfriend and his friend took selfie 🤳 without me(ﾟωﾟ)
Oh yes. I’m fine I’m fine. They wanna make one of memory only them. Also I thought that it was weird what I said “shall I join your selfie??”lol
And I’m not big speaker and they are also not so friendly.
So I waited 2h without talking,took pictures etc...
I was little bit lonely lol
船待ってる間彼らとの会話は一切無く、写真も省かれひたすら待つこと2時間。笑
セルフィーしてるところに「あ、おれも入って良い？？」ってなんか違うし（笑）、なんならその前からやけに省かれてるのビンビンに感じてたし自分からガンガン話しかけるタイプじゃないし。
ちょっぴり寂しい時間だった( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
After ship arrived, we took taxi. Although His village is in middle of border and river, price is same the distance! Wtf!!?? Strange...
When arrived, his relatives or neighbors came and greeted. They are smiling and talking a lots. So I spent time not Marre but them lol

Kendama is one of best toy in the world. It makes friends easy!! Marre’s neighborhood is very very friendly. Of course kids were shy at first. One boy gazed me so I showed performance as kendama. His eye looks like brilliant lol
We tried to play together. Kendama gave players feeling of achievement. Even if he couldn’t do it, he got feel “almost”. That’s why it makes them play more and more. It’s such a gamble lol
Other boys came out and looked him. “What are you doing?? Give me! Give me!”

After kendama, kids invited me to play football on the street. Stadium is in front of house. Away team is next neighborhood kids.
Away team is stronger than us lol. As One boy is quite skillful, our members were stopping by foul. Of course it made him angry. Then they started to fight (*ﾟｰﾟ)=○)ﾟＯﾟ)ﾊﾟﾝﾁ!
I recalled Japanese kids are very quiet lol.

We back our home and rest. Then one family invited me lunch!! Thanks!! Gambia (Senegal also) foods are used many fish. Chiken is more expensive than it. And spicy 🌶.

My host is Marre. He is junior high school teacher. He told me that he showed me his school. Wow it’s nice. Normally traveler can’t enter there. That’s why it’s very very interesting!!

This school open 8:00am-6:00pm. But there is separating time between morning and evening coz he said a lots student come here.
Certainly school is not big. I think teachers also are lacking. Balance of demand and supply is mismatch. I found one of reason why teachers are lack. You may understand too if you continue to read this page haha.
His class will start afternoon. So we went to his coworker home.

Then he made Gambia tea. Process is quite similar (or same??) to other Africa countries where I visited.
Of of course there were his friends as well. They were talking and playing video game.
Umm.. school is already starting... but teachers who doesn’t have their class are chilling... I was teacher that’s why this situation is incredible😦
If they were relaxing in teachers room or near by school, I can imagine. But go back home and chilling!!

Gambian education level is as well as teacher’s environment... I may understand public school is not popular than private. Quality is exactly poor. Also the reason of that teachers salary is low is their working time is short. They have to change system. School is not just box as gathering students.
